These Acceptance Terms (AT) and Conditions (C) govern the use of shipping services provided by Ademsi Global Logistics LLC (“Ademsi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, creating an account, booking a shipment, or delivering goods to us, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Introduction

Ademsi Global Logistics provides international air and ocean freight services from the United States to Nigeria, including packaging, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery options. These Terms establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties for every shipment.

2. Shipment Acceptance & Packaging

Customers may drop off shipments at our facility or request pickup from their location.
Our staff may assist with packaging and labeling. Additional packaging fees may apply.
Shipments must comply with international shipping and aviation security regulations.
We do not accept restricted/prohibited items (weapons, illegal goods, hazardous materials, cash, perishable items not permitted by law).
Customers must provide accurate customs documentation. False or misleading declarations may result in seizure, delays, fines, or cancellation of services.

3. Shipping Rates & Payment

Rates are based on weight, volume, destination, packaging, and service type.
Payment must be made in full before shipment unless you have a pre-approved account.
Additional charges may apply: customs duties/taxes, surcharges, storage, pickup/delivery fees.
If final charges exceed the estimate, the difference must be paid before release.
Ademsi Global Logistics retains a lien until all balances are paid.

4. Liability & Insurance

We are not liable for losses or delays caused by customs, incorrect information, poor packaging, acts of nature, or carrier disruptions.
Optional insurance is available. Without insurance, liability is limited to $50 per shipment.
Insurance claims require proof of value and supporting evidence.

5. Delivery & Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to clearance or carrier issues.
Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch.
Delivery confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Customs & Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for compliance with Nigerian customs and U.S. export laws.
All duties, taxes, and penalties are the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
We may refuse shipments that violate customs or security laws.

7. Storage & Unclaimed Goods

Complimentary storage: 14 days (goods), 7 days (vehicles).
After that: $25/day (goods), $50/day (vehicles).
Unclaimed packages after 30 days may be disposed of, sold, or returned at customer’s expense.

8. Claims & Disputes

Claims for loss/damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Claims require proof of shipment, value, and evidence.
Approved claims are compensated based on declared value and insurance.
Disputes are governed by Texas law and international shipping regulations.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate sender/recipient details.
Ensure shipments are properly prepared for pickup.
Pay all costs, duties, and fees.
Avoid prohibited or fraudulent shipments.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We may refuse service or cancel an account if shipments contain prohibited items, payment is not received, false information is provided, or Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, and applicable international regulations. Disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

Ademsi Global Logistics reserves the right to amend/update these Terms at any time. Customers must review Terms before each shipment.
