Ademsi Global Logistics provides clear and accurate rates for all air and sea shipments from the USA to Nigeria. Pricing reflects current handling and customs conditions in Lagos and other destinations.

RoRo ocean freight is billed at the actual carrier rate. Telex release fees apply only when required by the carrier. Ademsi service fees cover coordination and export handling.

• Rates vary based on package size, destination, and delivery type (pickup or home delivery).
• All shipments are handled under TSA-compliant procedures and standard airline cargo policies.
• Additional fees may apply for large electronics, oversized goods, or insured shipments.
• Please note, Invoice of Goods you are sending should be present if possible

For all our Air shipment we always ask you to give us maximum of 10 business days. For all our Sea shipment monthly departures we always ask you to give us maximum of 12 business weeks from sea sailing. Your shipment should be with you on or before that. That is the promise we guarantee.

Ademsi Global Logistics runs a 500kg-1000kg consolidation system for all shipments from Nigeria to the United States. This model allows us to offer stable pricing, predictable schedules, and consistent handling. All cargo is managed by our in-house team from dropoff in Lagos to arrival at our Sebastopol office. This structure supports reliability, accountability, and full control of your shipment.

• Standard Consolidation Only - All shipments move strictly through our consolidation line. Once the required volume is reached, cargo is processed and moves on the scheduled flight. Delivery to our U.S. office typically occurs within two weeks or less from flight departure, depending on airline movement and customs timelines.
• Extra Fees You Will Pay
  • $3/KG clearing fee per shipment (may be added to your naira bill at dropoff if requested)
  • 2000 Naira box fee for each box provided
  • We add 2kg per box for repacking weight
  • For doorstep delivery in the United States, the receiver pays the UPS fee from our Sebastopol office

Flights typically depart within 5-7 business days after we reach the minimum consolidation weight. This keeps our process efficient and dependable.

You pay the naira rate at dropoff. The customs duty can be settled in Nigeria at the time of shipment, or it can be paid when your items reach our Sebastopol office. Customers who prefer doorstep delivery will also pay the UPS fee based on the delivery address.
